Manchester, England- The USA men defeated Great Britain in their opening match 63-41.
The USA was led by the games leading scorer Brian Bell with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Chris Okon added 17 points and Steve Serio had 11 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists.
