The ShoWare Event Center in Kent, WA is hosting a 3-on-3 tournament to benefit the Youth and Family Center of Kent. The event is August 7th and 8th  in the parking lot of ShoWare. The event will have a wheelchair division with reduced entry fees. Seattle Adaptive Sports will be helping in organizing the wheelchair division at this event to insure the best exposure and awareness of the teams and the athletes in our area. Please read all the information before forming your team.

Attached please find the information about the event and an entry form, along with policies and rules. All team entries need to come to Seattle Adaptive Sports to register. The first 16 teams with completed forms and entry fee paid will be accepted.

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, August 7-8, 2010 all day
WHERE: ShoWare Event Center - Kent , WA
COST:  $25 each adult team; Free each youth team
WHAT TO WEAR:  Teams will be responsible for their own team uniform. Be creative and tie-dye or add a picture to personalize your team. No Foul Names or Language.
SUBMIT TEAM REGISTRATION: To Seattle Adaptive Sports, 1111 E Madison #137, Seattle, WA 98122 with your $25 entry fee.

NOTES:
ADULTS: The cost per adult team will be $25. The adult wheelchair teams for this competition include all classification of players. Your team needs to consist of at least one each Class 3, 2, 1. The rules will be that only one Class 3 can be in the game at anytime. When completing your team registration form, include the Class of each player next to their name. If you are interested in playing and don’t have a complete team, please email your information to us and we will help you join a team.

YOUTH:  School age youth up to high school graduation are encouraged to join a team. Please submit your interest in being on a team, then teams will be formed from the names of interest for the best competition and fair play. Please submit an application attached. You will be notified of your team members, so that you can submit a team name.
