The top four Division III teams from the 2010 National Tournament (Cleveland, Detroit, Virginia and Mobile ) must submit their Team Intent Form and Draft roster prior to August 1st.  For all teams wanting to compete in Division III you must submit a team intent form and draft roster prior to August 15th.

Teams dropping down from the Championship Division will be probationary a Division III team and WILL NOT be eligible for the NWBA Division III Tournament for the upcoming season. The Division III Committee will have the entire season to review these teams.
